HOTEL DESCRIPTION: Located in a quiet position just half a mile from the center of Aghios Nikolaos, the hotel is situated right on the sea, with good swimming from rocky inlets as well as from a couple of small inviting sandy beaches. The hotel is ideally located for sightseeing, with a regular bus service from the hotel entrance to the village of Elounda and the town center of Aghios Nikolaos, where buses depart for destinations all over the island.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: The Minos Beach resort consists of one Presidential Suite, 3 Executive Suites,113 bungalows and a Main Building with 10 rooms and 2 Suites. The Minos Beach is totally renovated from 2001-2.

There are various categories of accommodation: Presidential Villa with private pool. The Presidential Villa situated exactly on the water’s edge with a panoramic view to the Mirabello Gulf. Approx. 150 sq. m. and 100 sq. m. of sheltered and open sun terrace, private swimming pool and bathing area with direct access to the sea.

The Presidential Suite consists of:

• one master bedroom,
• dressing room and bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and Jacuzzi shower cabin with steam,

An elegant restaurant in a romantic atmosphere.

It serves dinner for guests booked in, Superior Bungalows Seafront, Superior bungalows Waterfront, Superior Bungalows with private pool & Villas with private pool with an attentive and discreet service.

• Dinner:
  Dinner is served from 19.00 to 21.30 hrs.
  A wide variety from the daily menu for the first and main course. Salad and Cheese buffet. Choice of desserts.
  Once a week Gala Dinner.

La Bouillabaisse

• Dinner is served from 20.00 - 24.00 hrs

Once a week because the La Bouillabaisse is closed, guests can participate in the Cretan Night without supplement or can take their Half Board meal in one of the other restaurants.
Dress Code in the Restaurants: The atmosphere at the Minos Beach is very relaxed, but a certain standard for dinner is preferably kept. A suit or a tie is certainly not compulsory, but guests are kindly asked not to wear shorts or bermudas, as well as any other sporty items of clothing.

• Breakfast Room Service: from 07.30 to 11.00 hrs
  

  • Enriched continental breakfast can be served in the room at a supplement.

  • Guests are kindly requested to fill in their order and hand it to the reception by 04.00 a.m.
• A la Carte Room Service: from 11:00 to 21:30 hrs. and from 21:30 onwards late night snacks.

Terpsis Cretan Restaurant, a member of “Chaine des Rotissseurs”, set in the beautiful gardens on the water’s edge with its open air terrace ‘’floating’’ on the Mirabello Gulf, is open every day for lunch.
It offers a wide variety of Cretan food, where everything is cooked in the Traditional way with pure Cretan olive oil, herbs grown in the Cretan Mountains, fresh fish and vegetables.
Guests can have their Half Board meal either for dinner at the La Bouillabaisse, Ambrosia or Bacchus restaurant, according to their bookings, or for lunch at Terpsis restaurant.

A Cretan Night with traditional music and folklore dancing is held in Terpsis Cretan Restaurant once a week at a supplement.

LA BOUILLABAISSE
20.00 - 24.00 hrs
The famous waterfront restaurant ‘’La Bouillabaisse’’, awarded in the distinction of ‘’Chaine des Rotisseurs’’, is open to the guests. Enjoy delicious meals from the talented Chef who specializes in haute cuisine and superb fish dishes.

There is an allowance to teh half board guests towards an excellent meal at ‘’La Bouillabaisse’’ as an option to their regular half board meal.
