HOTEL DESCRIPTION: Ever since its opening Hotel Budapest has always been one of the best known hotels of the capital. With its unique circular shape the tower-like building is located at the feet of the Buda hills in about 5 minutes bus or car ride from down town. There are 280 double rooms with bath and 9 suites in the hotel. Since 1.July 2000 all the rooms and suites are air-conditioned. From the rooms and especially from the suites on the upper floor our guests can enjoy the magnificent view of the city and the surrounding hills. The rooms are equipped with colour TV transmitting satellite programs and in-house movies, wireless internet, radio, telephone with direct dialing. The mini bar is at your disposal, as well. Our services include: an exclusive air-conditioned restaurant with 250 seats and dance music at night, a coffee-shop with salad bar, a drink bar and a conference room also suitable for other events, a souvenir shop, the organising of different programs and a parking lot with fee for busses and cars.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: All 289 air-conditioned rooms are equipped with TV with satellite channels, Pay-TV, telephone, minibar, hairdryer and have Internet access. Some rooms have a safe. The top floor houses 9 comfortable, spacious suites with stunning panoramic views. Rooms for smokers and connecting rooms are available. Pets are welcome.
HOTEL FACILITIES: Our air-conditioned function rooms offer the all the necessary technical equipment and provide outstanding banquet and conference facilities, and can cater for up 200 people. Business dinners, business training, product presentations, gala evenings and other events can be organised according to the needs of our guests, all to a high professional level. High-speed broadband wireless Internet access (WiFi) is available in the function rooms, the lobby and the Business Centre. Budapest Restaurant: The Budapest Restaurant serves a wide choice of Hungarian and International dishes. During the summer months the restaurant, with its flower adorned outdoor terrace, proves very popular with guests, who can enjoy the panoramic view of the Buda Hills, or the sunset, while enjoying dinner. Opening hours: 7:00 - 10:00; 12:00 - 15:00; 18:00 - 22:00 Café Our Café serves a variety of light meals, traditional Hungarian pastries, hot and cold drinks.
