LOCATION: On
the Buda site of the capital, the Hilton Hotel Budapest is located
on a historical site, Castle Hill. Its immediate vicinity is rich
in tourist attractions, like the Gothic Coronation Church (Matthias
Church), the Neo-Romanesque Fisherman's Bastion and many other monuments
and places of interest. The hotel itself is architecturally unique:
the remains of a 13th century Dominican monastery have been incorporated,

Hilton Hotel Budapest opened January 1, 1977 at a historic
site on the Castle Hill in Buda, the medieval heart of the
Hungarian capital. The hotel, directly next to Hungary's Coronation
Church and the famous Fisherman's Bastion offers splendid

The Dominican Restaurant offers delectable international dishes

The Kalocsa Restaurant serves a range of Hungarian dishes
accompanied by the tunes of a gypsy band. The Corvina Coffee
Shop serves breakfast, lunch and dinner or just a drink with
pastries, or salad from the salad bar. Cocktails and light
refreshments are offered in the Codex and Lobby bars, and
in the Caffe Espresso Margareta. Adjoining the hotel you will
find the Wine Cellar Faust, the former cellar of Dominican
monks, serving a wide range of Hungarian wines. And, if you
