Ground floor reception – You will be greeted on arrival by the international staff that are all bilingual. The reception is open 24 hours a day for your convenience and the staff would be only to happy to answer any questions or queries that you may have.

Reception services include providing you with city maps and all the information you could require in order to best get around the city, they will even help you to plan your days sightseeing so that you make the best of your time here. They can make museum reservations, restaurant reservations even next hotel reservations for you! You will be aided with discount cards and recommendations for local eateries of all natures, as well as the possibility to take advantage of the half board options.

From reception there is the possibility to book tours ranging from inner city coach tours to places further afield such as Pompei and Florence and leaflets will be provided upon arrival. For those not partial to coach tours there are also extensive walking tour options. Train information is readily available and schedules can be printed.

Wake up calls can be arranged at no extra charge.

Airport shuttlles can be booked from the reception and prices are competitive fixed rates. They can also arrange shuttles to other destinations as required and prices should be requested directly from the staff.
They would be happy to hold your luggage for you should you check in before the rooms become available or on your day of check out. Rooms are guaranteed ready a 14:00 and check out time is 10:30am.

Hotel Des Artistes boasts a wonderful garden terrace that looks out onto the rooftops of Rome. This spectacular haven way above the hustle and bustle of the streets is the perfect get away for an evening drink or a relaxing long breakfast al fresco style!

The terrace is adorned with an array of plants and flowers and during the summer months is a real treat, but fear not as in colder months heaters are placed on an undercover section of this stunning outdoor area. It is the perfect place to get away from it all or simply have a chat with fellow guests over a glass of wine.

Breakfast is served in the breakfast room where you will find an extensive cold buffet that is a great start to the beginning of your day. This can be taken onto the terrace should this be preferred. Breakfast includes the traditional italian croissants as well as a more international choice including yogurts, bread, ham, cheese, eggs and cereals. capuccinos, espresso and tea are all available as well as fruit juice.

Bar and bar zone area complete with television. The bar stocks a wide selection of alcholic and non alcholic options as well as some snacks. Refreshments can be taken upto the garden terrace or enjoyed in the bar area, the ideal place to unwind and check up on your travel guide or newspaper.
