The countess old kitchen is now the place where the guests meet upon rising for a good cup of coffee or tea.
Restaurant
The restaurant, situated in the medieval armoury room in the winter and in the summer outside in the beautiful cloister, offers you its friendly and sophisticated style, the flavours of the ancient Tuscan land whilst also offering you light and international food.

In the Hotel there are available 4 meeting rooms.
Farm
A part of the building is still adapted to agricultural use. Parts of which include wine vats, the wine cellar and the store rooms of the Casagrande farm. In a few adjacent rooms was installed a spinning mill and also in the year 1730 was opened a glass factory.
