| ROOM FEATURES |
Besides
the splendid Reinassance style building, guests can admire
a marvellous Italian garden which is spread out like a soft
carpet, and intersected by pathways that trace geometric patterns
on the ground, bordered by box edges. An ancient building
found within the castle walls has been converted and is now
home to the swimming pool, the modern sauna and the gym. The
ancient kitchen, where the Countess used to spend her days,
is where the guests of the hotel meet to have their breakfast
and to enjoy a nice cup of coffee.

| HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES |
The
restaurant, situated in the old weaponry room, in the winter
and in the shade of the courtyard in the warm summer months,
has a well-researched typical Tuscan menu, to be complemented
by one of the excellent Chianti wines produced by the farm.
In the large rooms of the Villa it is possible to hold meetings,
gatherings, shows and conferences. Some of the outbuildings
of the Villa have been converted into a farm. These housed
the stores, the cellar and the wine vats of the original Villa.
Some of the adjoining buildings used to house a spinning mill
and a glass factory, which was opened in 1730.
