Villas and apartments may be rented all year round according to availability. From April to October, guests of the Residence can also take advantage of the host of wonderful facilities of the Chia Laguna Resort, at a price expressly devised for them. The Resort Amenities Centre is, in fact, at the complete disposal of clients to illustrate the wide range of exclusive amenities available permitting the option of planning a custom-made holiday.
Making you feel at home, even in rented accommodation, is a fundamentally important aspect of the work; this can only be achieved if style, cosiness and practicality are drawn together in that subtle and understated way that can make a house your home.

HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
The Amenities Centre of the Chia Laguna Resort, has a team of dynamic people whose job is to ensure that the clients of the Villas and Apartments have their utmost attention, welcoming them the moment they arrive to take charge of the keys to their designated accommodation.
For the entire length of their stay, the Centre is at the clients’ complete disposal for any requirements they may have: extra bathroom and bed linen, extra cleaning service (occasional or daily), laundry service, beach service, Nursery, Mini-Club, Junior Club, Baby-sitting, supply of cots or high-chairs, Villa catering service, delivered shopping, transfers, car hire, welcome pack containing all the necessary items to thoroughly enjoy breakfast or a cold supper on arrival, booking service for the Resort restaurants. The Beach Card allows access to the Resort beach accessories and the daily use of a beach umbrella with two sun beds, showers and 2 beach towels.
Completing the Chia Laguna Resort services: the Well-Being Centre, the gym, outdoor activities and water sports (windsurfing, canoeing, sailing, water skiing, pedal boats, underwater diving with excursions for licensed divers), travel agency for booking air tickets and excursions. Finally, all Villa and Apartment guests may shop in the boutiques on the Piazza degli Ulivi; book a lesson at the Chia Golf Club and the Chia Tennis Club; spend a pleasant hour or so in the al fresco bars and enjoy the evening entertainment of the Piazza and the nightlife at the Luna disco.
