Queen/Classic Twin
Twin or queen size bed. Perfect combination of comfort and
elegance. These rooms are overlooking the main street and
some offer a sea view. This type of rooms has jacuzzi shower,

business desk, Pay-TV, hairdryer, safe box, Internet access,
and wi-fi. Room size is 16/20 square metres + 4 square metres.
Superior King/Superior Twin
Twin or King size bed. Some of these rooms are interconnecting.
They offer a very modern design and are overlooking the
sea. Rooms of this category have a terrace with chairs and
a table. Comfortable bathroom with shower or bath.(available
also with Jacuzzi bath). These rooms have individual air
conditioning, minibar, business desk Pay-TV, hairdryer,
safe box, Internet access and wi-fi. Room size is 20 square
metres + 4 square metres
Deluxe King/Deluxe
Double Double
Very comfortable rooms, ideal for families, with two double
queen size beds or a king size bed. Some of them being interconnecting,
these rooms have a welcoming small lounge, as well as a
terrace with chairs and a table overlooking the sea. Other
in-room amenities: minibar, individual air conditioning,
business desk, Pay-TV, hairdryer, safe box, Internet access
and wi-fi. Room size is 27square metres + 4 square metres
Junior Suite
One bedroom with a king size bed and a separate living room
with sofa bed. VIP treatment included in this room type.
Ideal for families, the Junior Suites have a terrace with
chairs and a table. Other in-room amenities: minibar, hairdryer,individual
air conditioning, business desk, Pay-TV, safe box, Internet
access and wi-fi. Room size is 39 square metres + 4 square
metres
Deluxe Suite
Deluxe Suite 1 King Bed with large terrace, separate living
room and business area. Size 40 square metres, high speed
Internet, air conditioning, VIP treatment included.
Executive
Suite
One bedroom with a king size bed and a separate living room
with a sofa. VIP treatment included in this room type. Terrace
overlooking the Sea with chairs and table. Minibar, individual
air conditioning, business desk, Plasma SAT-TV with Pay-TV
and internet, Hair drier, safe box, wi-fi 42 square metres
+ 8 square metres. |

| HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES |
From
June to September, our guests can benefit from a special agreement
with "La Dolce Vita Beach Club", located just in
front of the hotel and featuring a restaurant bar, showers,
children's playground, beach volley and basketball courts.
Umbrellas and sunbeds are included (on request) in the daily
fee.
The
hotel offers a dedicated floor for nine meeting rooms and a
business centre with a desk and office facilities. The main
room, Rosa dei Venti, is approximately 290 square metres and
4.3 metres high. All conference rooms have a sea view, natural
light, blackout curtains and basic audio-visual equipment. With
capacities of up to 300 people, the rooms are divisible, making
two separate and independent meeting rooms. Five breakout rooms
are available for 10 to 80 people. The Ostro Banqueting Hall,
on the 1st floor, is ideal for banquets, parties or weddings
and seats up to 200 or 300 for a buffet.
