Gorfion, the princely family-hotel. The child-friendly hotel
is managed according to the famous Schwärzler hotel philosophy.
We'll do everything to entertain your children - so that you
as parents can relax and enjoy your holiday as much as possible.

- you will find everything a child's heart can desire. Non-smoking
dining room and lobby, baby alarms throughout the hotel, baby-pack
and cot, changing facilities, bottle heater, nappies bin, etc.
Children's buffet as from 17.30 h, high chairs, children's menu,
etc. Large play room (160 square meter) with 3 child minders.

hotel and our staff have many years of experience and know-how
with seminars and conventions of all sizes. We are reliable
partners when in comes down to organising your seminar and we

SUMMER ACTIVITIES: Summer
will be back very soon! Experience nature in the plants-nature-reserve,
where you will find numerous marmots - a beautiful summer in
the Alps! Wonderful hiking tours along the Fürstensteig
track to the Dreischwestern mountains, or walk along the Fürstin-Gina-track
to the Pfälzer Alpine hut, or take a gentle walk to the
Alpe Pradame and have some fresh milk and cheese - a paradise
for mountain hikers. The 3-D-archery course, the falcons' flight
show, a mountain bike tour around the Schönberg mountain
or a tennis match with the local tennis coach - we offer a large
variety for all of our guests.
WINTER ACTIVITIES: Winter
sports enthusiasts will find perfect conditions for an active
winter sports holiday. The Hotel Gorfion is surrounded by beautiful
slopes and is located right next to the local ski school and
the children's ski lift. 25 km of well-prepared pistes right
in front of the hotel. 15 km of cross-country skiing tracks
in Steg, located within 3 km (hourly bus connections). Toboggan
runs in Malbun approx. 1 km long, and in Steg their is a 2 km
toboggan run which is flood-lit at night. Natural ice skating
rink, inc. skates rental.
