ACCOMMODATION

The Standard and Deluxe rooms have a stylish and contemporary décor, warm colours, comfortable furniture and soft furnishings, spacious bathrooms with separate showers and separate WC. Rooms are available with either one king bed or two single beds. Views vary from seaview, terraced country fields to valley views or inland. All rooms have either a balcony or terrace. Interconnecting rooms, non-smoking rooms and rooms for the physically challenged are also available on request.
The Executive Rooms are all located on the top floors of the hotel and all have king beds plus breathtaking views of Balluta Bay and the blue Mediterranean sea.

Dining The Villa Brasserie separate from the hotel, the 19th century Villa with its grand staircase entrance, offers a number of dining options in a setting of modern and traditional design. The Villa Brasserie offers contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, concept created by Michelin-starred Chef Michel Rostang and presented by Executive Head Chef Andy Gaskin and his kitchen brigade with French finesse, resulting in a creative mix of "La Dolce Vita" and "Savoir Vivre". The Villa Terraces & The Villa Barista combines traditional bakery/grocery with an Italian coffee shop, selling a carefully selected range of everyday products, a tempting selection of sandwiches, salads and fresh breads and pastries. Service is on terraces overlooking the picturesque Bay or just as a take-away for a picnic on the beach. Ku De Ta Lounge & Bar offers a light menu of salads, sandwiches and wholesome snacks. Enjoy the stunning sea views while listening to smooth tunes with a choice of seating from various lounges, outdoor terracing or the Bar.

Le Méridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa can cater for all your business and entertaining requirements: The 1800 sq m conference centre is situated on one all-purpose floor, featuring an amphitheatre of 141 fixed seats with desks and disabled wheelchair space. 2 large daylight banqueting or meeting rooms and 11 syndicate rooms catering for 8 to 350 people - there is also an executive boardroom which seats 14. Large daylight break out room that can also be used as exhibition space. The floor also has dedicated service staff with a fully equipped conference office, separate ground floor conference entrance and extra large conference passenger lift. Le Méridien St. Julians Hotel & Spa offers a number of Executive Suites and a state-of-art Business Centre with IT booths in the lobby. The main Banquet Hall is fitted with gantries for light shows a sound system and electric screens. There is also a large landscaped terrace which is perfect for coffee breaks, lunch, dinner or receptions for approximately 500 persons.
