HOTEL DESCRIPTIONS : The Qawra Palace Hotel is a hospitality ownership managed by the Vella family, with the most welcoming management and staff who provide their customers with efficient and pleasant service. The four star rated hotel offers exceptional service to elite clientele. The semi modern décor grants a warm attachment. The panoramic view of Salina Bay and the ample promenade is a bonus to the hotels accommodation. Only 30 minutes away from the airport and in the most currant resort area the hotel is in a prime position in the resort of St. Paul’s Bay / Bugibba area. The town of St.Paul’s Bay is only a stone throw away. “Il-Gzejjer” (St. Paul’s Island – the initial location of St. Paul’s shipwreck) is simply a short distance boat ride.

ACCOMMODATION :

The hotel is spread over 8 floors with a total of 392 rooms along with 4 different types of guest rooms and 4 lifts. It houses a main restaurant, coffee shop, lounge bar, pool bar, nightclub, ballroom, function room, souvenir shop, accessory shop, hairdressing saloon, open air pizzeria (summer months only), outdoor pool, indoor pool, children’s paddle pool, sauna & Jacuzzi’s. A 24 hour reception service is provided, internet service & cashier. Hotel Rooms
The hotel features four types of accommodation.

  • Sea view rooms with breath taking views of Salina Bay with the picturesque remains of the ancient saltpans.
  • Side sea view rooms accommodate the guests with a slender view of the Mediterranean Sea.
  • Inland rooms view a court yard with a country approach lined with palm trees and flora with a central display of a mini golf course.
  • Inland 4 bedded rooms are court yard view rooms that are favored with families of young children or students sharing accommodation amongst friends.

All rooms are provided with private bathroom facilities, direct dialing telephone (service at a charge), air-conditioning, mini fridge, satellite TV, hairdryer, tea / coffee making facilities (service at a charge) & safe. The room design is comfortable with semi modern furnishing. Twin rooms with either twin, double or triple beds according to request.

FACILITIES :Lounge Bar – popular with our guests daily, relaxing with friends and fellow residents for before and after dinner drinks. Coconut Grove opens daily weather permitting, provides drinks, cold & warm snacks and also for All Inclusive members. In the summer season it is open every evening for the daily evening entertainment which is available “Al Fresco”. Main restaurant provides diverse Board Basis (Bed & Breakfast, Half Board, Full Board, & All Inclusive). With views of Salina Bay and outdoor pool. The main restaurant provides our guests with mouth watering buffet breakfasts, lunches & dinners. The Mediterranean style cuisine is very popular with hotel residents and outside guests.

Ballroom – a vast traditional style room suitable for weddings, social functions, dance competitions & entertainment venues.
Opal Room – A function room on a small scale, elegantly furnished and accommodates approximately over 100 persons.
Outdoor pool – A magnificent salt water pool with a water cascade overlooking Qawra Bay. To acquire that Mediterranean tan enjoy lying on the pool sun deck were sun beds & parasols are provided. The rocky beach just beneath for those who want to take pleasure in swimming in the clear blue sea.
