is the glittery star of the French Riviera, famous for the International Film Festival, its luxury hotels, beaches, yachts and the shops of all leading fashion makers. The heart of Cannes is situated around the old harbour. The famous seaside boulevard "Croisette" begins there and goes to the eastern end of the town at the peninsula "Pointe de Croisette". The street "Rue d'Antibes" is the shopping area of Cannes where there are shops for every kind of budget. The Old town "Le Suquet" with its picturesque streets begins on the western side of the old harbour and is built around a small hill. |

Nice is the biggest city on the French Riviera, rich of history, culture and traditions. To be discovered in the Old Town with its narrow winding streets, closely packed red-tiled roofs and picturesque baroque churches. In the CoursSaleya you will enjoy the scents and colours of the famous flower and fruit market (in the morning except Monday).

Nice is also a great place for shopping (shops are closed only on Sundays).Not far away from the Old Town at Masséna and Avenue Jean Médecin, big and small shops for all budgets can be found.
Then, if time allows, participants can visit the hill of Cimiez where the Romans have built their extensive baths and amphitheatre. In this part of the town the original Matisse museum may be visited.But also Nice offers one of the most beautiful Russian Orthodox Cathedral which can be visited all over the year outside hours of religious service. |

* Madame de Charnacé is delighted to welcome you in her family-property and let you taste some of the excellent wines grown since several generations by the Barons de Charnacé, owner of the castle "Château de Bellet"
* At "Château de Crémat", extensive works have been done over the last years by the new owner to increase the grounds cultivated and to bring back the fame of the name Crémat

| COOKING MASTERCLASS IN MOUGINS |
| In the world of fine cuisine, the name of Mougins is very famous thanks to a beautiful restaurant madeknown for more than 30 years by his creator, Roger Vergé.
Since 2003 the restaurant has been in the hands of young chef Alain Llorca whose talent has already been rewarded by two stars in the Michelin French cuisine guide-book. For a maximum of 40 persons, 20/25 persons will be at the "Moulin de Mougins" cooking-class and 15 persons at "L'Amandier" cooking-class.
To complement a gourmet lunch at "Alain Llorca", you are invited to also taste some fine wines at the wine-cellar "Caves du Moulin", and take a master-class of cuisine at the cooking school "Ecole de cuisine du soleil". You will also have a little time to explore the lovely ancient village of Mougins
