LOCATION: In the middle of the historical Trondheim, by the river Nidelven, you find Radisson SAS Royal Garden Hotel. The hotel is located in a beautiful town where time is an ever-pulsating entity. We recommend golfing, shopping in some of the many stores or visits to Nidarosdomen to make your day complete. Grab on to some of the history this town offers.

ACCOMMODATION: Our 297 rooms are located at a comfortable distance from the bar and restaurant area to ensure that guests sleep peacefully.

All rooms are equipped to the highest standards with bath/shower, color TV, hair dryer, trouser press and minibar.

There are nine suites of different sizes and the largest, the Leiv Eiriksson suite, has panoramic views of the Trondheimsfjord.

RESTAURANT: The Prins Olav Grill serves cuisine of outstanding quality. This fine feature restaurant is decorated in the style of the cruise liner Prins Olav, originally a British Royal yacht, so welcome aboard!

In one of our glass courtyards you will find the Royal Garden Cafe, serving breakfast, sandwiches and a la carte meals in an informal atmosphere beside the river Nidelven.

The Galleriet Bar, strategically located in the hotel lobby, is a people-watcher's paradise where you can enjoy a drink a to the sounds of piano music.

SERVICES & FACILITIES: At the end of a busy day, unwind in our superb recreation center where you will find a swimming pool, sauna, solarium, whirlpool and gymnasium equipment.

Welcome to the biggest hotel in town with a conference capacity totalling 1300 square metres. We'll take care of your arrangement, whether it's a meeting for two or a conference for 650 people. The large Olav Tryggvason hall can take 650 people in cinema-style seating with adjoining meeting rooms ideal for parallel sessions and exhibitions.

The foyer in front of the plenary room is a natural mixing area for course participants, with some glass surfaces there is good natural lighting which makes the area well suited to exhibitions.

Our congress centre is also a good choice when arranging banquets and parties, with a capacity of up to 1000 people.
Besides this, the hall can also be used as a concert arena and for shows of various kinds.
For smaller arrangements, our Cicignon restaurant is a good choice. The restaurant can seat 230 persons and is next to the river Nidelven.

* "That little bit extra" - If you're planning a board meeting or AGM, or if you're just looking for that little bit extra for your meeting, this is your choice.

All of our day packages include the rental of the plenary room, standard AV equipment, LCD projector and a healthy, sweet ending from our fruit and cake buffet.

MEETING FACLILITIES: We have the most extensive conference facilities in Trondheim, with a conference area covering 1,000 square meters and the capacity to cater for up to 650 people.

The conference hall and function rooms are located close to each other and have large windows providing plenty of natural light and good working conditions.

The hotel provides the perfect setting for banquets and dinners. We can stage a large formal banquet for up to 700 in the conference center, or dinner in the Cicignion restaurant alongside the river Nidelven for up to 230 people.
