LAGOON SIDE ROOMS

The facilities offered in each Lagoon Side room include two direct-line telephones, a safe, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, a radio alarm clock, an umbrella, a video and satellite television, and a variety of deluxe bathroom amenities including hairdryer. Room and terrace dimensions are aprox. 44 sq. meters.   Maximum of 1 child sharing a room with 2 adults.

Lagoon Side, Direct Sea View: These rooms offer a full ocean view and overlook the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean, facing southwest with spectacular afternoon sunsets. Twin beds. Total number of rooms - 45.    Located on floors 2-6

Lagoon Side, Partial Sea View: These rooms offer a partial ocean view and overlook the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean, facing southwest with spectacular afternoon sunsets. Twin beds. Total number of rooms - 11.   Most of them are located on the 2nd floor.   These rooms enjoy larger terraces.

Lagoon Side, Garden View: These rooms overlook the hotel's charming gardens, facing southwest with spectacular afternoon sunsets. Twin beds. Total number of rooms - 30.   Located on 1st and 2nd floors.    These rooms enjoy larger terraces.

GOLF SIDE ROOMS

The Golf Side Rooms all offer two direct-line telephones, a safe, minibar, individually controlled air conditioning, bathrobes, slippers, a radio alarm clock, an umbrella, a video and satellite television, and a variety of deluxe bathroom amenities including hairdryer and full-size bars of soap.

Golf Side, Partial Sea View: These rooms offer a partial ocean view, with sunrise overlooking the golf course. Single/Twin. Total number of rooms - 12.

Golf Side, Garden View: These rooms overlook the hotel's charming gardens and main entrance. Single/Twin. Total number of rooms - 21.

Disabled Rooms
There are two rooms designed specifically for disabled guests, located on the Golf Side of the hotel, on the garden level for easy access.

They feature wider bathroom doors (92.5cm), special handrails in the bathroom, lower beds and lower light switches.

These rooms are situated on the golf side of the hotel, with garden views and direct access to the exterior, from the ground floor.

PREMIUM ROOMS

The Premium rooms are larger than the Lagoon and Golf Side Rooms, offering an additional lounge area within the room with sofa and armchair.

Another plus is the refined, comfortable and appealing décor. The rooms have corona beds, either two twins or one king-size.

Lagoon Side: These rooms offer a full ocean view and overlook the Ria Formosa Natural Park, the dunes and the Atlantic Ocean. They have a larger bathroom, some with separate shower. Total number of rooms - 6.

Golf Side: These rooms offer a partial sea view and overlook the golf course. They have a larger bathroom, some with separate shower. Total number of rooms - 5.

GARDEN SUITES

These lovely Garden View Suites are situated on the Lagoon Side of the hotel.

These suites are on the ground floor, overlooking the hotel's beautiful gardens. They also offer a terrace. There are 2 Garden Suites in the hotel.

Suites comprise a separate living room with dining area, separated from the bedroom by a small entrance hall. Amenities and facilities are the same as for the Lagoon and Golf Side Rooms but with larger sizes of bathroom toiletries. There is also an extra shower room.

DELUXE SUITES

These suites are located on the Lagoon Side of the hotel, some with a full ocean view, others overlooking the hotel's beautiful gardens .

All are equipped with balconies or large terraces and two of the suites have the ability to interconnect with an additional bedroom.

There are six Deluxe Suites in the hotel.

ROYAL SUITE

The Royal Suite is Hotel Quinta do Lago's largest and finest suite, located on the top 6th floor with a stunning view of the Atlantic Ocean.

It is a 420 sq.m suite, including a private terrace with a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

It offers two separate bedrooms (one king-size and another with twin beds), a very spacious lounge, indoor and terrace dining rooms for ten people, a dressing room, three bathrooms including one with Jacuzzi, full, International open bar, fax machine, CD player and TV, DVD and Video.

Suites comprise a separate living room and dining room, separated from the bedroom by a small entrance hall.

Amenities and facilities are the same as for the Regular Rooms but with larger sizes of bathroom toiletries.

CA' D'ORO

An Italian restaurant with a Mediterranean touch, Ca' d' Oro's menu offers various classical dishes which are not easy to find in any other restaurant in the Algarve.

The welcoming interior design creates a more intimate and romantic atmosphere. In summer, Ca' d'Oro Restaurant meals are served at the terrace by the swimming pool.

Pastas are homemade and the great majority of the ingredients are imported directly from Italy .

The Restaurant is only open for dinner. We recommend that you book in advance.

May we draw your attention to the fact that special attention must be paid to the dress code. Children over 10 years of age are welcome in the restaurant.

BRISA DO MAR

The restaurant has a fantastic view over the sea and with an outdoor terrace where meals are served during summer.

Serves buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The “à la carte” menu offers modern international and Portuguese specialities.

LAGUNA BAR AND POOL BAR

Laguna Bar

The Laguna Bar, located next to the two restaurants, is the main bar of the Hotel where you can enjoy stunning views over the Ria Formosa.

It is a tranquil retreat with seated places both indoor and outdoor, where you can enjoy a delicious cocktail at the sunset or a digestive drink after dinner. Presently, live piano music is available every night. During winter the bar opens all day whilst in summer it is only at night time. Snacks service available.

Pool Bar

During summer the Pool Bar serves drinks around the swimming pool area. Mid afternoon snacks are served on the Pool terrace.

For those who appreciate the good life, Quinta do Lago offers the best of everything.

Golfers can play on courses that regularly host the Portuguese Open; windsurfers can skim across their own saltwater lake; and there are superb riding stables and tennis courts available.

To cool off, guests can choose between the glorious, blue Atlantic and our superb indoor and outdoor heated pools.

Bicycles are available for hire at the hotel, and in the surrounding area guests can enjoy clay pigeon shooting, deep-sea fishing, waterskiing, sailing and canoeing. For those on foot, jogging paths are provided.

But for those who simply wish to wind down, what could be more relaxing than a walk in the hotel's beautiful grounds, or a long, lazy afternoon on the golden sands of the beach. Or you can indulge in a relaxing massage in our Health Club.

All golf courses are available with pre-booked start times and a minimum handicap is required for each course. Golf buggies and clubs are available to hire.

Individual and group lessons can also be arranged and practice facilities are available.

Therefore, whether you wish to practice, take lessons or have a full week of instruction at in Golf Academy , there will always be a PGA qualified, multilingual instructor on hand to help and benefit your game.

The hotel has extensive facilities suitable for all types of functions, with meeting and banqueting rooms accommodating up to 200 people. All rooms have tungsten/fluorescent lighting with fixed/movable spotlights. Floor loading is 500 kg/cm2.

The hotel can supply full staging and lighting facilities, front and back projection systems, telephone points, blackout curtains, power points and flip charts. A residential engineer is always available during events. There is a 35 mm slide projector remote lead point and a 15 mm cine sound projector point in each meeting room.
