HOTEL DESCRIPTION: The Okhtinskaya Hotel is a large, modern 3-star property with a riverside location close to downtown St. Petersburg. The Okthinskaya is popular with our customers for its comfortable and reasonably priced standard accommodation and for the impressive views of the Neva River and the beautiful, baroque Smolny Cathedral on the opposite bank.
Built in 1991, the Okhtinskaya Hotel has 290 rooms and suites, all plainly and pleasantly decorated and fitted with comfortable modern furniture. The hotel also offers a reasonable range of services for business travelers, including well equipped business centre with helpful multilingual staff, and meeting facilities comprising a flexible mid-size conference venue and smart boardroom. The hotel can also provide a full range of concierge services.
On the northern bank of the Neva River, the Okhtinskaya situated in a quiet residential area and is not convenient for the metro. However, excellent bus links to the city centre are easily accessed from the hotel, with major attractions such as the Hermitage and Nevsky Prospekt easily reachable in around twenty minutes.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: Rooms at the Okhtinskaya are simple, modern and comfortable, decorated mostly in pleasant pastel shades, and all with large windows permitting plenty of natural light. Many of the rooms at the Okhtinskaya have balconies, and many feature superb views across the Neva River to the Smolny Cathedral. All of the Ohtinskaya's guest rooms have air-conditioning, and en suite bathrooms with modern plumbing and fittings.
HOTEL FACILITIES: The Okhtinskaya offers guests the use of two basic but very serviceable meeting venues for small and mid-size corporate events. Both feature simple, ergonomic furnishings and a good range of technical equipment.
Measuring roughly 98 square meters, the Okhtinsakaya's Conference Hall is decorated in neutral shades of beige and off-white, and has basic, flexible office furniture and a large projection screen.
The Meeting Room at the Okhtinskaya Hotel measures 32 square meters, and is decorated in neutral, off-white shades, with comfortable seating for boardroom style meetings. The Meeting Room is well lit, and has large windows permitting plenty of natural light.
The Okhtinskaya Hotel has two restaurants and two bars, providing guests with a basic range of dining options. Buffet breakfast is served for all guests in the First Floor restaurant between 8am and 11am.
First Floor Restaurant - This spacious dining space can seat up to 100 people, and has a menu featuring classic Russian and European cuisine.
Second Floor Restaurant - The Okhtinskaya's second restaurant is larger and more formally decorated, designed for banquets and large-scale events, with seating for up to 150 guests.
Night Bar - The Night Bar is located on the second floor, just upstairs from reception.
