With the principal wall decorated with an innovative black-on-black thistle repeat motif wallpaper from Timorous Beasties, our Business Class rooms have a tapestry of Bute Fabric curtains covering all wall elevations, emphasising the medieval-style windows.
Restaurant : Carrubber's is the hotel's main restaurant providing a relaxed environment in which to enjoy delicious bistro style dining and, of course, the ubiquitous full Scottish breakfast. A groaning buffet selection, tailored to your exact requirements, provides flexibility for delegate lunches, catering for all tastes and maximises precious time during proceedings. Carrubber's can cater for up to 80 diners or, alternatively, you may prefer to have a private dining room for your event. Dickson's Lounge & Bar - Dickson's is a popular venue in which to relax and unwind. The variety of options ensure the ideal choice to suit your mood. Dickson's is open 24 hours 7 days a week and serves a delicious menu of light meals, speciality coffees, and a sumptuous traditional afternoon tea. After dark you can choose from an extensive menu of cocktails, spirits, malt whiskies and speciality draught beers.
