HOTEL DESCRIPTION: Offering FREE Wi-Fi internet access throughout, this multi award winning, Edinburgh Airport hotel is ideally located at Edinburgh International Airport, only 5 minutes by courtesy bus from the terminal building.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION: As you would expect from an International brand like 'Quality' every bedroom has been designed with you the customer in mind. All the bedrooms have en suite shower or bathroom facilities, a working desk area, FREE Wireless internet access, colour television with a wake up call facility, satellite channels and in-house movies, direct dial telephone, a hairdryer and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. We also offer additional hanging space and luggage rack, and every room offers an en-suite bathroom including power shower and a trouser press. Bedrooms are available as single, twin or double rooms and some also have sofa beds allowing up to 4 people to share a bedroom. We also have access bedrooms available, please advise us of any special requirement when booking. Our hotel is completely non-smoking throughout. A full Scottish breakfast is available in our restaurant, La Bonne Auberge, however if you are departing early we can arrange a continental breakfast in your room or one to take with you. A limited menu is available for your convenience 24 hours a day.

Our experienced team are on hand to help you organise and run successful and productive business meetings at Edinburgh Airport. We are skilled at running any size of event and are here to help take the stress away from you the organiser. You can be confident when choosing us, you know it will be a success. Our location ensures all your delegates can arrive from the UK or abroad via our excellent road, rail and airport links. Car parking on-site is complimentary for the duration of your time with us and we can collect any delegates flying into Edinburgh International Airport with our courtesy minibus. In the bright and airy, newly built, Pentland Suite we can accommodate meetings for up to 80 delegates for business meetings at Edinburgh Airport and dinners for up to 60. Smaller meetings and more intimate dinners can also be catered for in the Durno Suite. We also offer 2 syndicate rooms on the first floor for board meetings or breakout rooms for up to 14, all just 5 minutes via free transfer from Edinburgh International Airport. Any technical requirements you may have from access to modem points to building a stage set with projection can be organised. As you would expect from the 'Quality Hotel' we have most equipment in-house however should you require anything more sophisticated we have recognised suppliers we regularly use and who come highly recommended. Teas, coffees and homemade shortbread can either be served in the meeting room or delegates have the opportunity to move to the large and open lounge area where they can have a well deserved rest. Lunch can either be served in the room, as a buffet in the lounge or you can give your delegates the opportunity to dine in La Bonne Auberge either from a specially selected menu or chosen from our a la carte selection.
