These old houses from the begining of last century were bought by a Diplomat and were made into one, and established as his private home. He rented rooms to the first settlers to Lanzarote. Playa Blanca is located on the south coast. Its privileged enclave, its opening to the sea and its natural landscape beauty constitute the best reason to come here. Playa Blanca is only to 25 Km from Lanzarote's International Airport (Guazimeta). In spite of its nearness to the most populated zones of the island, Playa Blanca stands out for its balance and environmental respect close to its planned urbanization and low density of population.
