a five stars hotel, the Wellington features 275 rooms recently
refurbished, all of them fully equipped with all the quality
and comfort of traditional accommodations, plus electronic
locking system, minibar, satellite TV, individual safe, 24
hour room service, etc.
Its
25 Suites beautifully restored, enhances the guests stay,
providing the latest business facilities, such as individual
modem lines, etc. Individually designed, the suites are carefully
decorated to reflect their character of tranquillity and elegance.
The
wide and welcoming rooms and suites are decorated in a select
and elegant style as to offer the guests the best possible

HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES: Besides the coffee shop, the hotel also has a bar (Bar Inglés),
a 24-hour business center on the first floor, a sauna and
of course the only outdoor pool in a Madrid five-star hotel.
The Hotel Wellington is the only five star hotel in Madrid
with an outdoor pool. In 2004, the existing pool will be covered
to allow its use in winter. In summer, the roof will be removed
to have an outdoor pool as of today. A spa will be added too.
The union of the Hotel Wellington and the restaurant Goizeko
Kabi gave birth to the Restaurant Goizeko Wellington, situated
in the hotel, but totally managed by Jesus Santos who has
hired Jorge Gonzalez as executive chef in the kitchen. |
