The
Hotel is located in the residencial area of La Paz with fantastic
views over the sea and towards Mount Teide. Surrounded by a
splendid subtropical garden where a large variety of canarian
plants can be admired. Situated 10 minutes away from the centre
of Town and the artifitial pools of Lake Martiánez. It
is at a distance of 35 Kms. from the capital, Santa Cruz, 96
Kms. from the south airport Reina Sofia and 25 Kms. from the
north airport Los Rodeos. Open since 1973, in 1998 it underwent
spectacular refurbishing works in the noble areas such as the
Hall/Reception, the Restaurant and the Bar Salón Falúa.

double rooms, 37 single rooms and 11 Junior Suites with
fantastic views towards the sea and over the town or towards
Mount Teide and the Valley of La Orotava. All provide full
bathroom, air conditioning (depending on the season), satellite
TV, direct dial telephone, minibar and safe deposit box
(both with charge), Internet connection, RF30 doors with
electronic opening, terrace. Rooms for disabled persons
and non smokers available. Room service.

and gardens. Childrens pool and play area. 1 tennis court.

with dancing every night. Shows several times a week (folklore,
flamenco, magic... ).
Additional meeting room services: welcome sangria, coffee
breaks, work lunches, audiovisual equipment. Audio-visual
services: The hotel provides various facilities in their 3
meeting rooms for the organization of all type of social and
professional events as well as for groups in general. Provided
by the Hotel free of charge: stand and lectern, flipchart,
writing-desk material, sweets. Provided by local suppliers:
installation of informatic and audiovisual equipments or any
other requirements demanded by the client.
