OVERVIEW: Modern hotel built in 1995 in the historical P.U.B Department Store. All 270 rooms are decorated in Scandinavian style. Air conditioning is in all rooms. Hotel Reception is available on the 4th floor, and is accessible by the elevator.

LOCATION: The hotel is located in the city centre near all theatres, shopping and financial areas, whilst overlooking the Royal concert hall.

ACCOMMODATION: 270 double/single rooms with 550 beds on 5 floors, of which 2 floors have non-smoking rooms. The rooms are comfortable and feature beautiful and light coloured Scandinavian furnishings made of natural materials.

All rooms are also equipped with radio, TV with satellite channels and pay TV, telephone, minibar (fully licensed), coffee/tea percolator, individual climate control for heating/air-conditioning, fully tiled bathroom with shower, towel heater, and hair dryer.

RESTAURANT: While the hotel's breakfast restaurant serves a hearty Scandinavian breakfast buffet, it also offers the choice of international cuisine at nearby restaurants with whom it cooperates.

FACILITIES: Because the hotel is connected to the nearby health centre Centralbadet, guests can avail of discounted rates when using the centre's fitness facilities which include an indoor pool, steam sauna, jacuzzi, gymnasium, solarium as well as massage services.
