ACCOMMODATION
The rooms and apartments come with everything you need for a peaceful, relaxing stay. All of them are equipped with a public wireless LAN, ISDN connection, TV, radio, minibar and safe.
Rooms
The Dolder Waldhaus has 30 single and 40 double rooms. With their modern fittings and furnishings, the spacious double rooms feature a separate sitting area and small kitchenette. All the rooms have a balcony, giving you breathtaking views of the city of Zurich, the lake and the Alps.
Apartments
The 30 two- and three-room apartments are ideal for extended stays and provide normal hotel service and amenities. The light, modern living area and bedroom, together with a kitchen, ensure that our guests feel very private. All apartments have a balcony with a view of the lake or the hotel garden.

HOTEL FACILITIES AND AMENITIES
DINING
The Restaurant Dolder Waldhaus is famed for its quiet, relaxing atmosphere. The chef de cuisine, Gion Martin Fetz, will spoil you with a tempting choice of dishes made of only the very freshest ingredients. His international experience is reflected in a selection of Thai dishes.
Restaurant
Apart from well-known Waldhaus classics like Zurich-style sliced veal or liver, the menus feature a choice of daily specials, seasonal dishes and delicious gourmet highlights. In summer, the sunny terrace is perfect for al fresco dining.
Bar & Lounge
The hotel bar is the perfect place for an aperitif before dinner, or just for drinks and cocktails. At the outdoor lounge, guests can enjoy drinks outside in the open air.
SEMINARS & BANQUETS
The Dolder Waldhaus is ideal for seminars on a small scale in a peaceful and private atmosphere. The two conference rooms are ideals for meetings and seminars with up to 16 participants, while the salon comfortably accommodates 30. All rooms have natural daylight. For larger events with up to 45 persons, they will happily reserve a separate part of the restaurant.
WELLNESS
The Dolder Waldhaus has an indoor pool, a Finnish sauna and a solarium. The pool is twelve metres long and seven metres wide and heated to an agreeable 28°C. In summer, you can relax on one of the loungers in the garden. And they’ll be delighted to take your reservation for a massage.
SPORTS
Dolder Sports stand for outdoor activities in an unspoilt natural environment up on the hill overlooking the city of Zurich. The various facilities are just five minutes’ walk from the Hotel and have been a favourite meeting point for decades now. In the summer months the Dolder pool, where you can relax in a large, spacious meadow surrounded by trees, and the minigolf course are open daily. In winter, the Dolder ice rink offers facilities for ice hockey, figure skating or leisurely ice-skating. Equipment can be rented at the rink. Extensive stretches of woodland directly adjacent to the hotel are perfect for long walks or jogging, if you are feeling more energetic.
Golf.
The demanding nine-hole golf course (handicap necessary) belonging to the Dolder Golf Club is directly opposite the hotel. Guests may use the course on request if capacity is available. Equipment can be rented at the club. The season runs from April to November.
Tennis.
The Zurich Tennis Club offers five clay courts with a clubhouse and restaurant. Equipment can be rented at the club. The season runs from April to Octobery.
