HOTEL FACILITIES & SERVICES: Our speciality restaurant «differente» is exclusively dedicated to indulging an unrestrained delight in light Mediterranean cuisine. Following complete renovation, this spacious and pleasantly airy restaurant was re-opened in the autumn of 2001 and harmonises the charm of Riviera rubble masonry and Gaudi mosaics with market-fresh Mediterranean dishes. Menu selections include enticing 'primi' such as tartar parmiggiano and an array of pasta and gnocchi dishes, as well as delicious 'secondi' – for instance, a hearty osso bucco cremolata or an exquisitely prepared angler-fish piccata.
