HOTEL FACILITIES: Photocopying, fax, and e-mail service is available 24 hours a day. We can call a taxi for you, reserve a table at a restaurant or a nightclub, and get Opera tickets. Room service is available 24 hours a day. Breakfast is served from 7:30-11:00am. Laundry service, including ironing, is available from 8:00 am-8:00 pm. If you prefer to do your own cooking, your apartment has a fully equipped kitchen. With advanced notification, we can provide a transfer to and from the airport, arrange tours of Kiev and Ukraine, and assist in obtaining a Ukrainian Visa. The hotel has a guarded parking lot and employs security guards 24 hours a day.
