Well our travel from Africa to Jakarta to Singapore to Bangkok and finally to Cambodia was incredible and made so much easier with the help of you and your agency all along the way. Truly Cambodia has been a great place to just relax and take in some of the sights, etc. My parents are joining us for a little and then we all head out home for a bit and then back on tour very soon - so we will all be in touch very shortly. There should be a couple of other people sending you request as I have convinced others to use you as well as it makes it so much safer and easier - planning from behind a keyboard is so much better, although roughing it is fun sometimes too (not too often tho - hahaha).

Again, thank you so much for all your help. We may stay a couple of more days in Phnom Penh as my Dad wants to visit some old friends and see the new embassy on monday and tuesday (he use to work with the new US Ambassador). If at all possible, can you do me the favour to see if we may be able to extend a couple more days at Phnom Penh Hotel or the other one we stayed at - sunway or le royal (they are right next door!!!).

Hi Jona ...we had a wonderful time at Indian Resort in Mauritius. The hotel was excellent, and we would highly recommend it. We felt that while more expensive than what we are used to, we got good value for the money, and they agreed to give us a sea-view family room when we arrived, instead of garden-view. I would stay there again in future. We also like the look of Preskil resort, near the airport and Blue Bay - wee might look into that with you for next time.

Just wanted to say that we have jsut been to Filitheyo Island for a week - and we had the most magnificent time !!! It is somewhere where i will definilty go again as i am sure no where else will compare. we went for a week - i could have stayed longer. We took a superior room - which led onto our own beautiful beach. We took my son with - and as confusing as it is as to wheter kids are welcome or not - as in some sites - it is an exclusive resort - it others it is a family resort. My son - age 6 had a ball. There are no facilites for children - no babysitting, no play things - no other childern - but we spent one of the best weeks of our lives there - the staff were fantastic with him - the staff in general were great - the food was brilliant - the setting fantastic - the Diving was out of this world - and more importantly - the diving facilities - equipment and staff were increadible - the safety, the efficiency, the whole show. The snorkling was amazing - with the reef being so close to the resort - we snorkeled at least twice a day - and the sea is so calm within the attol that my little boy just adored it too. the excursions were great - well organised, efficient and fun, in fact - there is not one thing that i could say other than the fact that it was stunning. we had two full days of rain - but it was warm and didnt stop us doing anything. The serenity, the setting, the beauty of the island itslef - overshadowed those two days - and the rest of the time we were there - the weather was perfect. They sprayed the island daily for mosquitos - so there was not a problem with that. Honestly - it was an increadible place - somewhere to escape to - no glitz, no entertainment, no ra-ra of a club Med or anything, no pressure, everything is rustic, simple, elegant, uncluttered, natural, serene and beautiful.

- I just showed them my visa that I had printed.

My stay there allowed me to complete my consulting assignment to the satisfaction of all concerned. I even was able to hold a workshop for 70 participants right on the premises. Halfway through my stay, my wife came to visit, and we were able to spend a few "touristy" days together.

A special charm of the hotel, besides its spectacular location and view, consists in the fact that it is family-run. The owner and his entire family take an active part in making the guests, especially the long-term ones like myself, feel at home and well taken care of.

I don't know if all your staff are of the same high standard, but I have to
tell you of outstanding service received from Ms Wilsan. She has assisted
me now on 2 occasions, through bookings, cancellations, refunds, visa
application, and especially this week I made her run with a lot of
problems. She dealt with them all professionally and efficiently.

She helped us get an urgent visa for my mother-in-law from South Africa,
after an application in Abu Dhabi was rejected. She was very quick, did the
necessary, and ensured the best application possible, by insisting on a
better quality passport photo, with successful result.
And on top she got me my refund for an earlier problem which was partly my
own problem. She is a star, and I will insist on her assistance whenever I

Hello Mr. Jasper, I had a wonderful time in Europe, arriving in Amsterdam on 3 July and leaving on the 19th. I also visited St. Petersburg and Moscow in Russia and Hamburg in Germany. The hotels you recommended were excellent! The hotel in Hamburg was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in and was worth the extra money. The hotel in Amsterdam was also nice and allowed me to work remotely for the two days prior to flying back.

Unfortunately I have no pictures to share as my camera broke while in Australia last month and I had never bothered to replace it. But I have wonderful memories of my trip and that is what really counts.

Are you taking a vacation this summer? If so, where are you going?
