Hyatt Regency Baku's 160 Deluxe guest rooms and suites, all designed with soft colours and classic furnishings, feature a host of modern amenities, as well as spacious bathrooms. There are 12 non-smoking Deluxe rooms, which are all located on the 2nd floor.

• Deluxe guest rooms are located on the 1st to the 4th floor of the hotel. A typical 'home' atmosphere prevails in the comfortable interiors of these rooms, which are furnished with either queen-size or twin bed combinations, with feather duvets. Overlooking either the swimming pool and inner courtyard, or Izmir Park and the hotel's outer courtyard, the rooms have been fitted with a spacious work desk and built-in closet. Most rooms also feature a balcony.
• The eight Junior Suites, overlooking Izmir Park and the hotel's outer courtyard, give a beautiful illusion of a private world, finely calibrated to your personal delight. The Executive Suites come with either a jacuzzi in the spacious bathroom or a fully equipped kitchenette.
• The Presidential Suite is located on the 4th floor and has been designed with an abundance of charm, character and great style. The elegantly furnished, separate bedroom has a king-size bed with comfy feather duvet, a walk-in closet and two relaxing armchairs for added comfort. The luxuriously appointed bathroom features a jacuzzi, a separate shower, a double vanity and natural daylight.

The living room has a dining table for eight, and a seating area with two large sofas around an impressive coffee table. The room has been fitted with a separate cable television and an audio system, including a compact disc player, and has access to a private guest bathroom. The Presidential Suite has its own fully equipped kitchen with private service entrance.

The Regency Restaurant is located on the Lobby level of the Hyatt Regency Hotel and is used exclusively for private meetings, banquets, and special events. The Beluga Bar offers the ideal setting for a light meal, a glass of vintage wine or a fragrant cigar. Visit the Gourmet Shop, the ideal place for freshly brewed, aromatic coffee or a quick lunch. The beer on tap in the Britannia Pub is superb, and authentic pub fare is served in a great atmosphere. Room Service is available around the clock, allowing guests to dine in the privacy of their own rooms.

The Hyatt International Centre features 1033 at Izmir Street, a dazzling entertainment club, and Oasis Café, the place to meet up for healthy refreshments at the poolside.

Restaurants located at Park Hyatt Baku include Mezzo, serving Mediterranean cuisine, and the cosmopolitan Park Lounge, where guests enjoy classical piano music and the warm glow of the open fireplace while enjoying their afternoon tea or pre-dinner cocktails.

The banqueting facilities at the Hyatt Regency Baku can be divided into two sections: The Hyatt Meeting and Conference Centre includes the Guba Ballroom and Ballroom Foyer, the Baku Room and Nakhchivan Room. These facilities have a separate entrance from the hotel and are ideal for larger events, such as cocktail receptions, weddings, dinners, charity events and gala functions. During the summer months, functions may be held at the poolside, just outside the Guba Ballroom. The Caspian Room and the Boardroom, which are located on the 2nd floor of the hotel, are elegant, with a classical decor and natural daylight.
