HOTEL FACILITIES: Hotel guests have access to the restaurants, bars and entertainment centres within the Complex at the Hyatt International Centre and Park Hyatt Baku, as well as a choice of outlets within the hotel itself. The Grill is contemporary and sleek, with a warm and comfortable feel to it. During breakfast and lunch day light comes in from the double height windows and the atmosphere is fresh and bright. It becomes more dramatic and intimate for dinner. Menu will include high quality aged meat products imported from US and Australia, lamb and beef, Azeri kebabs accompanied by variety of side dishes. We will offer a selection of non-alcoholic beverages, variety of wines, loose-leaf teas and specialty coffees. The banqueting facilities at the Hyatt Regency Baku can be divided into two sections: Hyatt Meeting and Conference Centre includes Guba Ballroom with pre-function foyer and seven multi-function rooms on two floors. These facilities have a separate entrance from the hotel and are ideal for larger events, such as meetings, seminars, cocktail receptions, weddings, dinners, charity events and gala functions. During the summer months, functions may be held at the poolside, just outside the Guba Ballroom. The hotel also provides outside catering for events around the city.
