Every room was built to order with typical Ottoman architecture of the 1800’s. Step back more than a hundred years and lose yourself in history.

PASHA DELUXE
The famous original rooms built by the Turkish Pasha in the 1800’s for his 3 wives. 3 rooms in the Courtyard for Summer time and 3 rooms above for the winter. They are all completely refurbished using their best efforts to respect the charm and the atmosphere of the original building.

Continental and Arabic food is served, with a variety of frequently changing special dishes. Careful attention is paid to quality and freshness.

VALS BRASSERIE LOUNGE

THE COURTYARD

Combining all the amenities of a modern bar with the ambience of the 19th century East. Still floored with the same warm pink stone that has been in place for the past 130 years. An enchanting place for visitors and residents, and popular meeting ground for journalists from across the world.
