RESTAURANTS The Valley View Hotels is recognized as providing wonderful and creative dining with a magical view and live entertainment. The restaurants include the Roof Terrace and the Kasr-Al-Wadi Restaurant. The Kasr-Al-Wadi Restaurant is adjacent to the hotel entrance with an add-on Trottoir. The Trattoir has elegantly arranged seating for your enjoyment. The menu consist of a continental arrangement that is available year-round for hotel guests and the public.
