LOCATION & DESCRIPTION: By
road, Situated just off the Muscat Sohar
highway, four hours from Dubai, 30 minutes from Seeb International
Airport and 50 minutes from central Muscat.
Al Nahda Resort is more than just a resort
spa, it is a whole holiday experience which will give you
the tools to improve your life balance.
We hope you will take the opportunity to learn new life skills
and what will be your first step on the road to a fitter, healthier
and more balanced lifestyle. We can help you get fitter; manage
your weight; check your Aura and Charka balance; you can learn
yoga, meditation or a new sport.
Of course if you wish to just relax, enjoy being pampered and
indulge in copious amounts of chocolate cake than we can help
you with that to!

ACCOMMODATION:
• Flop down onto your bed in one of our beautifully
appointed rooms. You’ll find plenty of space to unwind
and relax!
• In all our rooms you will find a host of facilities to make yourself comfortable,
hospitality trays (with some great herbal teas), in room safes, mini fridges
and direct dial telephones.
• We do of course have satellite television but we recommend you don’t
turn it on! Instead slip in a CD and relax to some soothing music or put on that
DVD to help you with your meditation!
• We boast three types of accommodation, Studio Rooms, Studio Villas and
Two-bedroom Villas.
Two-Bedroom Villa: Our two-bedroom villas are
a huge 102 square metres, with two rooms both with on suite bathrooms
and a lounge area. All are ground floor villas with private terraces.
Studio Villa: The Studio Villas are 67 square
metres, with king size beds, a sitting area and a private terrace.
All situated in small clusters.
Studio Rooms: The Studio rooms 63 square metre
are in groups of four, some ground and some first floor. Spacious
rooms with sitting areas and large terraces or balconies.

SPA CUISINE:
• Our Spa cuisine is not just about dieting! It
is simply giving the option of a healthier choice which is neither
boring or tasteless. Having a healthier diet or better eating
habits doesn’t mean giving up your enjoyment of food. You
can be a healthy epicurean!
• Whilst here we hope we can help you towards a better balanced diet to
help you feel more lively and full of beans. Of course you may already have a
great diet so we will ensure that you can continue that whilst you are here.
We choose the best ingredients, the tenderest steaks, the freshest local fish,
great local fruit and vegetables, all prepared daily under the guidance of our
exe chef.
• Remember there is always a glass of wine and a piece of chocolate cake
available for those special treats. You can’t be good all the time.
• Diet & Detox - If you have chosen one of our detox or weight management
programmes then our residents experts will guide you through your meal plan and
activities. Unfortunately detox is not suitable for everybody. |
