Beach Villas is Located in Dhariz South, a
lush coconut and banana tree lined part of Salalah.
Situated directly on a fine white
sandy beach, with the sound of the Arabian Sea echoing in your ears
ACCOMMODATION: Spacious
and pleasantly furnished, the villas provide an ideal base from
which to explore the many places of interest in the southern region
of the Sultanate of Oman. Rooms and Villas can be rented out on
a daily or long term basis. All have dining rooms an facing the
sea, some with balconies. There is a new three - storey complexl
with 9 deluxe suites which all have a lounge, double/twin bedreeom,
bathroom/toilet and kichen. All of the rooms in the complex have
stunning view. The complex has a swimming pool and a cafeteria

the shade of the attached three-storey building, which accommodates
nine de-luxe suites, is the cafeteria, where breakfast and on request,
lunch and dinner is served. The private swimming pool is a favourite
for those, who like a refreshing dip straight off the breakfast
