DESCRIPTION
: Welcome to Noorah Gardens, a self
contained complex of 20 furnished, luxury villas . Situated
in Madinat Al Sultan Qaboos, Muscat's most posh locality,
this haven of comfort is a mere 10 minutes drive from
the Seeb International Airport.
Shopping- A short 2 minute gets you to the very upmarket
local shopping complex where you will find just about
every thing you might need - supermarkets , pharmacies,
travel agents, shops, laundry facilities, tailoring
shops, fast food outlets and a post office.
About 7 minutes away is Qurum, another excellent shopping
mall complex. Here, you can get yourself an outfit by
JC Penny, Lee, Giordano, Pepe Jeans and more. Or, if
you choose, smell great with perfumes like Poison; brands
like Christian Dior, Gucci, or which ever other name
you can think of .
Another 15 minutes and you are in down-town Ruwi, Muscat's
Central Business District. This is where most banking
and other corporate head offices are situated. On Ruwi
High Street, you will find all major electronic brands
outlets, where you can buy your hi-fi equipment as well
as home appliances and other gadgets.
A 5 minutes drive to Qurum Beach - Muscat is where the
fun is ! Plenty of sunshine and miles of beautifully
clean, sandy beaches make this a water lover's delight
. You can laze on the sand if you want, or for the more
adventurous, Muscat also offers excellent water sports
facilities, such as water-skiing, jet-skiing, para-sailing,
snorkeling and scuba diving and much more, including
dolphin and whale watching. Or, hire a 4-wheel drive

All the villas come fully furnished, with satellite
dish antenna connections, split unit air conditioning

room , kitchen, toilets and a choice between 2 or
3 bedrooms.

: Maintenance of the villas is free
of charge and also includes daily cleaning services,
vacuuming and making up the beds.

TV connection and offers 18 popular channels like Star
Movies FoxSports, CNBC, Star World , BBC, CNN, AFN,
etc.
Every tenant has a reserved and shaded car parking slot.
Swimming pool within complex, with diving board, set
in the garden, with chairs and tables.
