The studio has a double bed or 2 twin single beds, a sofa
bed, an LCD flat-screen TV and a home entertainment system.

bedroom apartments: 900 to 1000 sq. feet
One Bedroom Apartments are located on all four floors. The
spacious apartments are decorated and furnished in luxury
contemporary style. The apartments contain a separate open
plan lounge, dining room furnished with a dining table with
seating for 4, a sofa, a coffee table, LCD TV and home entertainment
system. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with modern
appliances, black granite worktops and modern wood cupboard
units. The bedroom features a king size bed, dressing table
with mirror, Safe deposit box, sofa-bed, and ample wardrobe
space, whilst the modern en-suite bathroom has a bathtub
and overhead shower.

bedroom apartments: 1100 to 1400 sq. feet
Two Bedroom Apartments are located on all four floors. The
apartments contain a separate open plan lounge, dining room
furnished with a dining table with seating for 4, a sofa
bed, lounge chairs, a coffee table, LCD TV and home entertainment
system, an and individual guest cloakroom. The spacious
kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, black
granite worktops and modern wood cupboard units, cooking
range, refrigerator and washing machine . The bedroom features
a king size bed, dressing table with mirror Safe deposit
box and ample wardrobe space, bathroom has a bathtub and

Suite:
The Royal Suite is located on the topmost floor. The very
spacious suite is decorated and furnished with classic,
superior and royal finishes. The living room is 1750 sq
ft has a 56” LCD Television, an open bar counter,
dining area with a massive 12 seat table and tastefully
designed. It consists of five massive size bedrooms, the
master bedroom alone measuring 750 sq ft , attached with
two Jacuzzis. It comes with a spacious kitchen with the
most modern built in appliances. In addition it has got
store room along with a driver and a maid’s room.
