Emirates Marina's Spa and fitness facilities are second to none. Guests can relax and unwind in our very own spa, Timeless Spa, which uses products designed exclusively for Emirates, using only natural, indigenous ingredients. Treatment rooms for men and women are available with a wide variety of treatments on offer, drawing on the wisdom of ancient healing practices such as Ayurveda.

• Exclusive spa brand, Timeless Spa - At each Timeless Spa, you will find an exclusive range of our natural products, designed especially for Emirates, using natural indigenous ingredients. Our signature treatments draw on the wisdom of Rasool, Ayurveda and Middle Eastern and South Eastern aromatherapy traditions. Each spa offers private massage rooms, beauty treatments, sauna, steam and jacuzzi, set against a backdrop of indigenous flora, stunning water features and awe-inspiring views of the surrounding environment.
• Full-equipped gymnasium - Our professional gymnasium offers a wide range of equipment for guests of all levels of fitness. A qualified fitness instructor is on duty at all times. Guests are welcome to arrange one-on-one personal fitness sessions with our instructor to make the most out of their work-out regimes. The gym is located on the same level as Timeless Spa, above the parking levels.
• Outdoor swimming pool - With a substantial lounge area and food and beverage service on hand, guests are welcome to dine by the pool and watch the world go by.The front-facing pool is situated on the same floor as Timeless Spa above the parking levels. The outdoor swimming pool is open from 0700 to 2100 hours.
  

Guests also have access to a fully-fitted gymnasium, open daily from 0600 to 2100 hours, which offers a wide range of sports equipment and a fitness instructor on duty at all times.
