Philisophy
We realize that whether they want to swim or use the fitness
studio many members wish to improve their health and well-supervised
environment. Althought this does not preclude us from providing
a suitable club for those in search of fitness. It does
not make the gyms attracttive to all ages. The realized,
non competitive atmosphere is welcoming to all out members.
All the clubs have limited membership that ensured that
the pool and fitness studio does not suffer from overcrowding.
Individual customer care has become a trademark of fitness
express in our approach to members. The staff all strives
to make the atmosphere within the clubs as friendly as possible.
In the fitness studios, each new members is allocated to
a personal instructor, whose job is to follow the members
progress from their programme profile, through an introduction
to the gymm to the ongoing, egular review and progressing
of every members programme in accordance to their needs
and objectives.
Apart from providing members with the best
possible facilities and services for relaxing and health.
Fitness Express recognizes that the staffs are one of the
company's most valuable assets. Since 1997, Fitness express
has held the investor in People Award, a qualification that
is regularly reviewed to ensure that they deliver the best
possible service to members.
To help the members make the most out of
their membership and to enliven the social aspect of membership,
each of our Clubs produce social calendar, including trips
to the theatre, "themed" parties, quiz nights,
race nights and the like.
Fitness Express is proud to be an expanding
company in a very competitive market and to be recognized
by the leisure industry as being at the cutting edge of
the health and fitness market. Most importantly thought
fitness Express is concerned with how the members percieve
the quality of their club.
We dont guarantee to add years to your
life, but we do think we will add life to your years. we

Service Standards
All staff are lifeguard qualified to the new RLSS professional
Lifeguard standard.at least one qualified first aider is
on duty at all times. All Duty Managers and Club Managers
are qualified to operate and maintain and highest water.
All Staff is multi skilled and qualified
to work in all areas of the club. All members will receive
a welcome upon arrival and to be checked out upon departure
All prospective members to be given a personal tour by a
member of staff upon arrival at the club. All equipment
downtime is logged and recorded and kept to a minimum with
annual performance reviews of all maintenance agreements.
All members displaying a contra indication
to exercise are referred to our Medical Advisor to ensure
programme safety. A health and safety management manual
is produced by all staff will receive regular training in
health and safety. Each club has a normal Operating Procedure
and Emergency Action Plan (which will be tested annually)
We offer a simple, easy to understand membership
system across all cubs. Members have the ability to suspend
the membership if they are unable to use the club for a
fixed period in excess of a month. We provide exclusive
clubs with limited membership and a high degree of personal
attention.
