Traiteur includes Cave Privee, a 1200-bottle
wine cellar, plus two private dining rooms seating up
to ten people. A background of contemporary French and
north African lounge music completes the experience. The
upper level of Traiteur also hosts a cosmopolitan wine
bar with an outdoor terrace area.

Arabesque
The main restaurant of the hotel offering breakfast, lunch
and dinner in an open and bright space spanning 307 square
meter, themed with traditional Arabic patterns, dark wooden
floors and walls against a ceiling of soft white and light
yellow tones. Seating allows for views overlooking the creek
and the marina one side and The Terrace on the other, a
variety attractive view either day or night. Cafe Arabesque
features five beautiful all day buffet counters, and also
offers an a la carte menu for lunch and dinner, offering
a Mezze selection plus a large variety of kebabs from the
Levant region, prepared according to traditional culinary
methods in the large feature wood fired ovens.

The Thai Kitchen is a 320 square meter restaurant incorporating
modernity in decor, authenticity in food, beverages and
service, and an ambience of noises, aromas, and colors derived
from three live working kitchens - one each for work, grill
and noodles. Reminiscent of the hustle and bustle of downtown
Bangkok, seating is positioned around the kitchens in the
main dining area to allow guests to enjoy the sights and
smells of classic Thai cuisine preparation. Meals will consist
pf a large variety of flavors, colors and textures presented
in a variety of small celedon cups, plates and saucers,
making The Thai Kitchen a fun and exotic experience which
can also be enjoyed in an adjacent small covered terrace

Classic freestanding Marina front building with floor to
ceiling windows housing the main hotel bar separated into
three district area, being the indoor bar, canopy covered
terrace and outdoor boardwalk set amidst abundant palm trees.

raw bar offering a selecting of Caviar,Oysters and salmon

The Lounge
The heart of the hotel. Spanning a spacious270 sqm. The
Lounge is the central point of the restaurant area with
large windows overlooking the creek. Surrounded by several
water features and with a central indoor garden, the Arabic
theme lounge offers a peaceful haven with large, comfortable
furniture set on a spectacular colored Persian carpets.
The Lounge will serve Breakfast from 0600 to 1100 and there
after all day refreshments including soups, salads, light
snacks, grilled sandwiches, international desserts and signature
Arabic sweets. Alcoholic drinks are available from 12:00
to 1500 and 1800 to 0300.
