a) Al Hamra
Fort Hotel & Beach Resort *****
Report: Al Hamra Fort Hotel, we have no construction whatsoever
that may disturb the clients. There are two Villas that view
the construction site of Al Hamra Palace, which may cause some
eye soaring vision. Those two villas have been allotted for
the corporate market and therefore, we guarantee that no disturbance
at Al Hamra Fort Hotel.
b) Al Hamra Village Town House*****
Report: It is situated at 500 meters away from the main hotel
& villa complex where by now has it's two phases. Thus,
the construction is totally completed within the town house.
The only project-taking place is the Al Hamra Palace Hotel where
it is located 500 meters away from the partition wall, which
is built to mark the border for the beach access of Al Hamra
Village clients. This will be clearly highlighted on the attached
map. The new wing from the Townhouse, which is over viewing
the golf course that may be affected since the course is not
yet green. Moreover, from some of those townhouses golf view,
the construction of the palace can be seen to the extreme hand
side if client intended to view from their balconies, but does
not constitute any physical or even sound disturbance, it could
only be an eye soaring object. But, the beauty of the golf course
when it is all green will overcome any other distractions.
c) Al Hamra Palace Hotel*****
Report: The Palace project is directly positioned opposite to
the golf course where the construction have reached fourth floor
of the structure. This area is covered, but can only be seen
or noticed through the pedestrian who prefers to walk between
the beach access from Al Hamra Village and/or Al Hamra Fort.
d) Khatt Springs Hotel & Spa*****
Will follow with soft opening promotion as of 01 June 2006
ADDITIONAL PROJECT REPORT ON ON-GOING DEVELOPMENT AT
AL HAMRA FORT
Al Hamra Golf Course/Club House Project
The construction of the golf course have attained a very advanced
level where we have created the lights on the entire 9 holes
with flood lit. Currently, in the process of sowing the course
and some areas begins to get green. We planted the trees and
we are in the course of action in arranging the proper foundation
of the holes. The roads within the course are already set-up.
The movement of the vehicles within the course is very minimal
since they are placing the seeds of the grass, which have been
spreaded over the nine holes.
In regard to the time schedule, we are ready by July 2006 to
operate the clubhouse, which is now under construction and is
taking place at the old helipad, which is by the lagoon before
the main arch entrance to Al Hamra Fort Hotel, it does not constitute
any disturbance whatsoever. The driving range as well as the
Golf Academy will be operated by July 2006. The golf course
9 holes will be fully operational by end of September 2006.
