Mandara Spa provides a sanctuary of serenity, beauty and
personal indulgence.
The name ‘Mandara’ derives from a legendary
Balinese quest for the secret of eternal youth. In keeping
with its exotic origin, the Mandara Spa offers a unique
blend of natural Asian traditions and contemporary techniques
that transcend each visit into a spiritual journey of
rejuvenation. The spa’s extensive treatment menu
incorporates new-age systems from Elemis Spa therapy and
the Mandara Spa’s own signature range of natural
beauty products. Expert therapists apply all treatments
to complement your experience with an increased sense
of harmony and well-being.
The Mandara Spa comprises of ten exclusive treatment rooms,
including one of which may be extended for use by two
guests wishing to share the sensual experience. Separate
relaxation areas for men and women each feature a sauna,
steam room and Jacuzzi, as well as the opportunity to
enjoy a refined selection of fresh fruit and herbal teas.

Quantum Health Club
Quantum Health Club is the ideal place for recharging
the mind and body. This state-of-the-art gymnasium offers
a competitive workout, whilst the outdoor tropical pool
gardens afford a cool, refreshing and relaxing retreat.
In response to guests’ personal preferences, the
Quantum Health Club provides an exclusive gymnasium for
ladies as well as a mixed facility. Both gyms feature
a range of specialised equipment and offer expansive city
views.
For guests with regimented fitness regimes, certified
leisure professionals are on hand to give advice and motivation.
Group classes are also available and include Yoga and
Pilates. Completing the health experience are separate
male and female saunas and Jacuzzis.

situated on Level 2, the open-plan business centre has
six computer terminals and offers full secretarial services.
Business periodicals also provide minute-by-minute regional,
financial and commercial news. A business office containing
the latest office equipment is available for the sole
use of conference organisers.
Meeting Rooms
With 13 conference rooms and two executive boardrooms,
The Monarch Dubai offers a wide array of venues for large
conferences, seminars and social receptions with a 250-guest
capacity. A selection of medium to small conference suites
is also available for private interviews and board meetings.
Each suite features high-speed wireless Internet and the
latest audio-visual conference aids. Both executive boardrooms
benefit from natural daylight and afford picturesque views
over landscaped gardens.

The Grand Ballroom
From
corporate business conferences and themed events to glittering
social evenings and society weddings, our palatial Grand
Al Massa Ballroom is the ideal venue for a variety of
functions. Accessible by a winding marble staircase, it
covers over 1000 square metres and provides the ideal
setting for large conferences and gala events.
Dining Venue
The Monarch Dubai offers a selection of eight restaurants
and lounges. From a deluxe signature dining experience
to a chic Cocktail Lounge and a gentleman’s Cigar
Lounge, there is a venue to suit every occasion and palette,
morning, noon and night.
Quantum Pool Lounge
Located on the fourth floor and overlooking the hotel
pool and the Jumeirah skyline, the Quantum Pool Lounge
is an exclusive venue for in-house guests and members
only. For a hearty snack after an energetic workout or
just relaxing and taking in the view, the pool lounge
menu offers calorie-conscious guests a variety of organic
and nutritious refreshments.
