Located a short distance from the heart of Adelaide and close to the boutiques, galleries and fine restaurants of North Adelaide, the Adelaide Meridien offers quality accommodation in this premier historic area.
The building's unique exterior features terraced balconies to allow guests to enjoy Adelaide's temperate climate.
Our standard suites consist of a lounge room with bar and separate bedroom (twin or double bed) with ensuite. Some suites have cooking facilities, and for larger families we have suites with two bedrooms.
Our spacious Executive Units boast Queen size beds and a sofas which convert to a double bed, with the bathroom offering full size bathtub.
Studio Spa Units
For that special occasion or just sheer indulgence, our Executive Studio Spa Units offer the extra luxury of more living space and a larger bathroom which contains 2 vanity basins and 2 person spa bath.
All rooms are equipped with colour television, air conditioning, telephone,
alarm clock radio, tea & coffee making facilities, fridge, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Meridien Bistro
Located on the ground floor, The Meridien Bistro is open for both breakfast and dinner. The Bistro has a bright airy atmosphere due to the large windows on two sides and offers a relaxed environment to enjoy your meal. The a la carte menu has an international flavour with traditional Australian dishes too. Opening for dinner every day (except for dinner on Christmas day) from 6pm and for breakfast from 7am.
The Cocktail Bar
The Cocktail Bar is located next to the Bistro and is a casual meeting place for guests. Whether it's a pre dinner drink or a post conference discussion our bar area has the space to relax.
Conferences play a large part at the Adelaide Meridien with our 4 function rooms being able to cater for a wide range of requirements. These can be tailored for an intimate wedding for 20 guests or used for seminars catering for up to 160. This flexibility coupled with our experienced professional staff will ensure that your needs are totally satisfied.
With a number of function rooms available we are able to use separate rooms for pre-dinner drinks and your reception dinner. This way guests can relax and socialise in comfort before the festivities begin. The room, set with a dance floor, can cater for a maximum of 120 guests. While smaller numbers allow more flexibility and the use of round tables.
The pool area is ideal for relaxation, with the Sauna, change room, seperate shower and Large Jacuzzi Spa undercover for year round enjoyment.
