Hotel facilities include al fresco dining at the popular Kings Art Café & Restaurant, the Petty Sessions Lounge Bar, a roof-top swimming pool (seasonal) and conference centre.
Just minutes from the hotel, is the Hay Street shopping mall along with a huge choice of restaurants, clubs and theatres. A short stroll away is Barrack Street Jetty for Swan River sightseeing tours to Fremantle, Rottnest or Swan Valley wineries. Also nearby are the many walking and cycling trails of King’s Park and Perth’s liveliest nightlife at Northbridge.
The Kings Perth Hotel complex also houses a 370 bay public car park and Perth’s spectacular white sand beaches such as at Scarborough and Cottesloe are only a 15-20 minute drive by car.
Due to changes in licencing laws in WA, the Kings Perth Hotel is a non smoking hotel. Smoking is not be permitted in any areas/ rooms of the hotel.

A wide choice of spacious, comfortable standard or superior rooms, executive suites, penthouse and presidential suite. All rooms feature air-con, ensuite bathroom, TV, fridge, telephone and tea/coffee.
Spacious rooms you can relax in, even our standard rooms are bigger than the deluxe rooms you'll find elsewhere: most have one queen bed and one single bed, with plenty of room for an extra bed.
Superior rooms and Executive suites are non smoking. Superior rooms have balconies.
We have 119 rooms and suites, including the Presidential suite, Penthouse, 2 Executive suites. We have 14 Superior rooms and 101 spacious standard and triple rooms.
There are 20 rooms with baths, 20 rooms with balconies and 22 rooms with inter-connecting door.
