Opposite Victoria's stately Parliament House and Treasury Gardens and next to the Princess Theatre. Walking distance to the shops, restaurants and offices of Collins and Bourke Streets, and many of Melbourne's landmarks including Federation Square, the National Gallery of Victoria, the MCG, and the Southbank arts precinct. Parliament train station and tram stops are in front of the hotel.

The hotel is 20 kilometres from Melbourne's Domestic and International airports. Allow 30 minutes for travel in off-peak times; 45 minutes during peak periods.

These rooms feature double glazed windows that can be opened, high speed internet access, working desk, iron and ironing board, and tea and coffee making facilities. The outlook from the room varies depending on the location within the hotel.

Deluxe Room - These spacious and elegant rooms are 42 square metres and have magnificent high ceilings. Victorian Suites - More a stately residence than conventional hotel room, the seven Victorian suites offer a huge master bedroom with king-size bed, second small bedroom or office, a large separate living room, a formal and separate dining or meeting room with seating for up to eight people, and a separate marble bathroom. Although the suite configurations vary, all are richly decorated with beautiful Victorian antiques and original artworks. Tall windows afford magnificent views of Melbourne's elegant Spring Street, Parliament House and Treasury Gardens.. Royal Suite - A reflection of true Victorian grandeur and elegance, the 120-square-metre Royal Suite features a dining room for up to ten guests, a drawing room, a guest powder room, a master bedroom and a marble bathroom with a deep claw-foot bath.
