CUISINE best be described as South Pacific Rim, which is similar to California Cuisine. Their fruits, vegetable, sbeef and poultry are flown in from New Zealand. All of their seafood is local, caught daily by their two Qamea fishermen for breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or snack between meals. They have a full bar service, and with their new temperature controlled selection of Australian, New Zealand and California wines cellar.
