• SEAT IN VEHICLE TRANSFERS (SIV/SIC) : Rates are per person one way. These transfers are only for international flights to/from Nadi International Airport, Nadi Area hotels, Denarau Hotels and Marina, Coral Coast Hotels and Lautoka Wharf. Clients cannot dictate pick up and drop off times. SIV transfers are NOT available to/from domestic flights including helicopters, seaplane, Pacific Sun flights. Wakaya flights, Vatulele Flights, Yasawa flights, Royal Davui flights and the like. Pick up times for Seat in vehicle transfers are at the discretion of Pacific Destinationz.
• PRIVATE TRANSFERS : Clients are able to amend pick up and drop off times by giving 24 hours notice. Private transfer rates are per vehicle one way only and can take up to maximum 4 persons per vehicle. Clients have sole use of vehicle.
• CHILD POLICY : Children 2-15 years 50% off adult rate. Children under 2 years FOC. Child 16 years and over will be charged the adult rate. Applies to SIV rate only.
• SEASON BONUS : High Season from 01 April 11 to 30 September 11 - Children aged 2-15 years will be extended 50% of adult rate. Low Season Bonus 01 October 11 to 31 March 12 - Children aged 2-15 years will be provided FOC transfers.
• CANCELLATION POLICY : Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of travel will incur a cancellation fee of 75%. Postponements due to flight delays, where service is rebooked for a late date/time will incur no fees.
• NO SHOWS : SIV from Nadi Airport - no charge. SIV from Hotels and Ports - full charge. No shows for Private transfers from Nadi Airport - 50% charge and No shows for Private transfers from hotels/ports - full charge.
