Claret
Fine dining comes to perfection at Guam's pre-eminent French
themed restaurant Claret. The restaurant's elegant atmosphere
is the right setting for special lunches for couples or businesspeople.
For an intimate get-together, savor nouvelle French cuisine
while watching Guam's magnificent sunset. To cap the ultimate
in dining experience is Claret's signature "Cafe diablo"
flamed coffee. The restaurant features course menus of prime
cut steaks, succulent salmon and veal cutlet carefully prepared
and presented by our culinary staff.
Shimbashi
Restaurant
The wonderful flavors and styles of different Asian cuisines
come together in one grand restaurant, Shimbashi. From tempura
to traditional soups featured in our Japanese corner to an
all-you-can-eat lunch buffet to beef fillet and prawns served
Teppanyaki style, delight in all these specialties in an atmosphere
that make Shimbashi the ideal place to celebrate any occasion.
Shimbashi features daily special lunches and Japanese bento
boxes for dining in or takeouts. Feast on a wide selection
international favorites during Sunday brunch. Health buffs

Le Creole *
Warm and friendly smiles are the trademark of Le Creole, Dai-Ichi
Hotel's coffee shop. Known for offering the tastiest croissants

try our All-You-Can-Eat buffet, which includes fresh fruits,
