HOTEL DESCRIPTION
Greetings
and welcome to tropical luxury at the Summer Holiday, a 100% locally
owned and operated hotel situated in the middle of the island.We
are next to the US Federal Building, Japan Consulate, Saipan Museum,
DFS Shopping and Galleria, Hard Rock Cafe, MacDonald's, banks
and right within Saipan's major hotel belt.
Next to us is Caesar's Sauna, specializing in massage, steambath,
sauna and jacuzzi. A 24 hour convenience store also adjoins our
facility for all your sundries, including a bank right behind
our building. We encourage you to stay with us for a lasting tropical
island experience.
Upon
exiting the airport and coming to the first traffic light after
passing Herman's Bakery, make a left and proceed all the way to
the third traffic light in front of the Toyota Dealership. Turn
right and proceed north approximately 2.2 miles at which point
you will see a church to your right. Just after passing the church
make a right before Guam Savings. Make a left at the first street.
Summer Holiday is visible on your left.

ROOM FEATURES
All
rooms feature high ceilings, kitchenettes, ceiling
fans, air conditioning, and averages 360 square feet; deluxe
rooms are larger and suites range from 550 square feet to
650 square feet.
Our phone system is international dial direct equipped with
a data port for computer hookup. Longer staying quests may
opt for rooms featuring VCRs, microwave ovens, coffee makers,
large refrigerators and spacious rooms.
